Dear George,
I just wanted to write to you to thank you for the series of treatments last fall. Without those treatments, I believe my life today would be very different.

As you remember, when I first came to your office, I was suffering from intense back pain, as well as what I thought was a sciatica condition. Before I began treatment with you, I was unable to walk to the mailbox (200 feet away) and back without extreme pain and discomfort.
